WHO WAS HAROLD ZOD?

Harold Zod was born on August 1st, 1895. He lived on a far just outside of Manchester, England. Zod went with Great Britain into the First World War, just barely old enough to enlist. After World War I, he studied poetry. Zod ended up studying under the Japanese haiku poet, Murakami Kijo. Zod eventually died in 1930, just seven years after he published his first collection with Kijo. It is unknown the circumstances of Harold Zod's death.

WHY SHOULD YOU CARE?

There are so many unsung heroes of the Great War and he is just one. We should not forget those who made such great sacrifices. Remember, understand, and love. Try to do some digging yourself and see if you can find the story of one of the far too many unsung heroes of the twentieth century.
